The breakfasts are delicious, with different specials to choose from. 🍳 the location is beautiful and stunning, not too far from the wharf.

We were welcomed warmly. The lady went out of her way to accomodate us. It was extremely comfortable, beautifully furnished, breathtaking views, and nothing was too much trouble. We have already re booked to return there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 4-star hotel on a hill overlooking the water. The location was absolutely stunning, with panoramic views of the Bay of Islands. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. They offered laundry service and an airport shuttle, which was very convenient. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. I particularly enjoyed the terrace and dining table, perfect for enjoying a meal while taking in the breathtaking views. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for a leisurely breakfast or an afternoon tea.

The location was great with stunning views of the Bay. Inga was an excellent host who is extremely helpful to her guests . The rooms are excellent with great attention to detail and good quality fittings. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from.

A really comfortable way to end my christmas. Intimate accommodation, marvellous location indescribable in a location to die for looking at the beautiful Bay of Islands, scrumptious breakfast. Inviting and impressive room, with a good size bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable beds and exceptional service.

The customer service was awesome, the hotel had a very homely feel to it and made us feel quite welcome. The Comfortable bed and the Spa Pool were our biggest highlights.

We werent given the wifi password upon our arrival we had to ask for it in the morning and even after aquiring the password, the wifi did not work.

Excellent service and the food is fresh. the breakfast is tasty and delicious, including fruit juices, croissants, bread, fresh fruit, and cheese. - the location is stunning in a stunning area, just off the center of Paihia, with close proximity to the coast and great bars and restaurants.

Quiet and convenient location. Loved the goats - they added another dimension.

I had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel. the room on the top floor had an amazing view of the bay, and it was comfortable with all the little touches you could imagine, like homemade cookies and quality toiletries. the service was top-notch, with the owners providing great advice on activities and restaurants. the breakfast spread was outstanding, and the dining room was lovely. the location was perfect, close to the town centre yet felt secluded and peaceful.

That there wasn't a specific mention of a pool or spa facility.

Loved the view from our room and the balcony with lovely outdoor funiture. The room was tastefully decorated with little touches such as chocolates on the bed, flowers and the facility to make hot drinks if needed. The facilities were very clean and everything was in good working order. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The breakfast was just truely amazing, so much food and variety. The staff were very friendly, informative about tours in the area and did that little bit extra if required.

Probably the hill you had to walk up if you walked into town, but that was a small price to pay for such good service and lovely facilities.
